By using this website and errandsataclick services, user confirm that he/she have read and understand this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (together referred to herein as the “User Agreement”). The Agreement governs the use of our services. Errands at a click will gather, use, and maintain information consistent with the Agreement.
- All information provided by our clients is kept confidential and will be subject to privacy policy and proprietary information.
- Errands at a click has the right to refuse any tasks or job requests; it feels are immoral, unethical or unsafe.
- A 24-hour notice is preferred, but not required on all requests. We will try our best to fulfill your requests as soon as possible. There is no additional charge for same day service.
- All the jobs and tasks are subject to availability of performing staff.
- Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9AM – 6 PM.
- A 24-hour cancellation notice of services is required, otherwise a $25 fee will be charged as cancellation fee if the service is not executed.
- We service primarily the Alexandria area, services rendered outside of the area may incur additional charges.
- A deposit may be requested from new clients to cover estimated expenses and labor. Payment is expected upon completion of services unless billing arrangements have been made in advance.
- Errands at a Click takes no responsibility for any damages suffered from a result of using their services. In no event will they be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data or anything whatsoever.
- Errand service fees are for services only and do not include the cost of any goods. Reimbursement of merchandise is due upon receipt, unless agreed to in advance.
- We execute any order as per its terms and conditions as long as it is legal, ethical and moral. We reserve the right to deny certain service requests with or without any prior notice. Prices are subject to change.
The Fine Print
- We have a two-hour minimum order requirement.
- Should you need to cancel an appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours in advance or you will be charged.
- Fees are calculated in 15-minute increments after the first hour.
- The cost of purchases is not included in the hourly rate.
- Miles will be charged at a rate of $0.55 cents per mile from start of service.
- We accept all major credit cards, cash, and local checks.
